WHAT IS A PERSONAL CHEF?

 

In short, personal chefs are thought of as chefs who cook for you IF you are rich and famous. 

This is not true if you calculate what your time and health is worth. 

A personal chef is much more affordable than you may think.

 

WHAT MAKES IT “PERSONAL”?

  

We begin by meeting with one another to discuss your likes, dislikes, allergies, dietary needs and/or restrictions, etc.

Therefore, it is completely personalized when we meet and I learn about you and/or your family’s needs.

I get a chance to learn about you, your kitchen, the number of and frequency of meals needed.

It becomes personal because I take your health personally. And, I hope you develop an interest in learning more about healthy living.

 

 

SO, WHAT MAKES IT A HEALTHY CHEF SERVICE?

 

I take pride in providing you with delicious, fresh, restaurant quality food to enjoy and

serve to your family and friends.

But, what is healthy living?

What does it mean to eat healthy?

Those are great questions in today’s society.

We hear it on the news, the television, from friends and family.

What do we make of it all?  Unfortunately, some people disregard it because it is so confusing, time consuming, and can even be costly. 

If you are ahead of the game and desire low fat, low carb, vegetarian meals, etc. or a specific healthy diet plan such as South Beach, I can help.

And, as a healthy personal chef, even if you have no specific dietary request, please know that all I know is healthy.

All meals use fresh ingredients, lean meats, healthy fats, healthy carbs, low sodium, and are portion and calorie controlled.

 

HOW DOES THE CHEF SERVICE WORK?

 

We have briefly covered personal and healthy, but how does the chef service work?

#1.  After we meet and you fill out a client assessment,

 I develop a customized menu for you to approve.

#2.  Once approved, I arrive on our agreed upon cook date with freshly purchased groceries, my own cookware and utensils, and cleaning products.

#3.  After I have prepared all of your meals, I package and label them with easy to follow reheating instructions, leave them in your refrigerator or freezer and finally,

LEAVE YOUR KITCHEN SPOTLESS.

You will only know I have been there by a “frig full” of delicious food

and the aromas that go along with them.

healthy meals for you and your family,
